Clinician-led, and deliberately gentle
AnaVitalis was started by a doctor and built with clinicians and scientists. Everything in it follows a few rules we don't bend.
Small steps over big promises
One habit at a time, sized to your week. We'd rather you keep one small change than start and drop ten.
No calorie counting, no weight in the loop
We never show calories or macros and never call food "bad", "junk" or a "cheat". Your weight never decides what the app suggests.
Not constant tracking
You don't have to log every meal, step or hour of sleep. A quick check-in is enough for the app to be useful.
Content you can trust
Recipes, workouts and "Learn more" cards are checked and approved by our team, and we ask independent experts to review them. The coach answers from that curated library.
Learning what works, safely
The app learns which suggestions help people like you. Safety, medical care, pacing limits and weight are never part of that.
Your AnaMo is about how you live
AnaMos describe what motivates you and how you like to move. They're never about body shape or a diagnosis.
Your information stays yours
- Calendar event titles stay on your phone. Only busy times and shifts are used.
- Your location stays on your phone. If you ask the coach for something "near me", it uses a rounded position for that answer only, and doesn't keep it.
- Routes you record stay on your device unless you choose to share one.
- Teams and workplaces see team totals only, never anyone's health information.
- You can delete your account from the app at any time.
A wellness app, not a medical service
AnaVitalis doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it doesn't replace your GP. Some suggestions come with a plain safety note, for example to skip a cold shower if you have a heart condition or are pregnant.
If you mention you're in distress, the app shows crisis support straight away: 000 in an emergency, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
In future we plan to offer optional access to clinicians for members who want more support. That isn't part of the beta.
