Wellness that understands a night shift
Most health apps assume you sleep at night and eat lunch at noon. AnaVitalis was started by an intensive care doctor who works nights, and it plans around your roster from day one.
That's the roster, not you. Let's work with the roster.
Your week, the way it actually runs
Each day in AnaVitalis starts when you wake, not at midnight. A night shift and the recovery sleep after it stay together, and training and wind-down fit into the gaps.
What's different
Your roster, read properly
Import your roster or calendar and AnaVitalis asks the right questions, like "Is 'Day' a shift?". It then plans around earlies, lates and nights. Only busy times and shifts are used; titles stay on your phone.
A night-shift day that makes sense
On a night shift, My Day keeps the shift and your recovery sleep together, so your plan doesn't reset at midnight halfway through work.
Sleep and body clock first
Wind-down suggestions, protected sleep windows and gentle timing for training around the shifts that drain you most.
Food for after a long shift
When it's 1am and you want a curry, Nutraternatives suggest a satisfying swap for your favourite takeaway, and Fakeaway Friday puts favourites back in the plan. No calories, no guilt.
Short sessions that count
Workouts that fit the gap between a shift and the school run, with animated how-tos and options for low-energy days.
Better with your team
Join with your ward, station or crew and pool your progress. Teammates only ever see the team total.
Meet Nova, the Night Owl
Nova is the AnaMo for shift and night workers. If the quiz matches you with Nova, sleep and your body clock come first, and everything else is planned around them.
Three nights the same beats seven nights good. Pick the three.
Not a Night Owl? Many shift workers turn out to be a Spark, a Juggler or an Energy Keeper. The plan still follows your roster either way.
Built by people who work the roster
The founding beta opens in November. Start with the free quiz to join the waitlist.
